In Store Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

Some things just aren’t meant to be. We’ll happily refund (to the original method of payment) any regular-priced items in new condition within 10 days of purchase in the country you bought it from. You have up to 21 days from the original date of purchase to exchange your item or return it for a merchandise credit.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.

Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates except bralettes are final sale.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

Online Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

Not quite right? That’s OK. Just bring your item to any of our boutiques or mail it back to us (scroll down for a step-by-step).

  • Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
  • After 14 days: you can still exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
  • After 30 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale and discounted items bought online can be exchanged or returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days of the shipping date.

Please note: sunglasses purchased online cannot be returned in store. (Please send them back to us!)

Gift Return & Exchange Policy

Well, this is awkward. If you received a gift that you’d like to exchange please contact Customer Care for help. You can return the item within 14 days of the shipping date, or exchange it for a merchandise credit within 30 days of the shipping date.

How to Request a Return
  1. Sign into your account and under My Order History, select the order containing the items you would like to return. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Aritzia account, just click 'Order Tracking' at the bottom of the page and fill in your information.
  2. Click on the 'Return Items' button.
  3. On the Returns page, select the items you would like to return and the reason why you want to send them back. If your item has a defect, please include details so we can work to fix it!
  4. Review your returns information by clicking on the 'Review Return' button.
  5. Confirm your return by clicking the 'Process Return' button.
  6. You’ll soon receive an email with your Return Number. Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent off within the 14-day period.

Your Return Package: 4 Steps To Prep
  1. If you saved the clear Aritzia bag, put the item(s) you want to return back in the bag, along with the original invoice or gift receipt.
  2. Place the bag into the brown box we sent your order in and securely seal it.
  3. Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided on top of the original shipping label (make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered).
  4. Book a pick-up with the shipping carrier found on your Prepaid Return Label or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location.

Note: If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use one Prepaid Return Label (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes).

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know.

P.S. A return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund, along with any original shipping charges.

Online Return Refund & Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment via Aritzia.com with shipping and returns fees deducted.

All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card.

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days once we receive your package.

In Store Returns For Online Purchases

We’re always happy to help you with your returns or exchanges at any of our boutiques. Drop by and we’ll get you sorted.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment with shipping fees deducted.

Order Cancellation

Hit the "Submit Order" button too soon? We’ll do our best to help. During Customer Care hours only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel it by contacting us at 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942).
